NASA uses a test to recruit innovative engineers and scientists. When that test was administered to 5-year-olds they scored 98%. Same test, same children at 10 scored 30% and at 15, 12%. Interestingly, with a set of random adults the mean score was 2%!
“… non-creative behaviour is learned,” concluded George Land, the designer of the test.
Out of the Box, a short online course in creativity and innovation, stimulates participants to

Aligned to the National Education Policy 2020, it sets out the participant on an exciting journey where learning goes hand in hand with curiosity and delight and the impulse to create a better world.
